LegalMac IT works closely with implementation partners to design and deliver adult training programs that meet project objectives. We provide instructor led classes, lunch and learns, desk side education, and online training. Legal Software Project Management (PM): There are advantages to hiring your own project manager. Markedly, when introducing an independent project manager to a project there are no conflicts of interest or fractured loyalties. By hiring an independent PM, he or she zealously advocates for your interests while managing the project scope, schedule, and budget. Project management standards articulate the importance of representing the interests of the owners in a project, not the needs of the software or technical vendors. Office 365 for Business Implementation: LegalMac IT will lead a Microsoft Office 365 installation to bring under IT management all attorneys and staff in your office and home. Office 365 for Business coordinates all licensing for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, and Access), and critical Microsoft services including Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint, and Azure Active Directory. Attorneys and staff enjoy licensing Office products on up to five devices including home computers and tables. The designated IT manager enjoys the ease with which to add or remove user access rights, distribute applications, and tie everyone together though Active Directory, Exchange, and Teams.
Clio to iManage Integration: LegalMac IT can swiftly connect Clio’s cloud based client and matter management system with iManage to autogenerate client-matter workspaces. The process makes use of cloud based tools to reliably transmit Clio data to iManage for faster access to matter folder and documents.
